This review is not in context with the former "debate" (which I have removed myself from) on whether fatigue occurs only in the brain (fatigue is imagined and not possibly physical. Sic.) or whether fatigue can or does occur physically.
If only the review on fatigue that i wrote and continue to post was read, perhaps some here may get a grip on my position on the mechanisms of fatigue.
Until then, this topic is fatiguing me as no progress is made with continual juxtapositions with no substance or continuity, and mere conjecture, leveraged off a prejudged perception of what my position is. My position is made clear in the follow up to Juergs post : looking back looking forward.
