Hey Chris...I like your proposed model...I think that I've seen this done before...I think you're going to get the same response pre and post fatigue...now if you get the same response you can rule out metabolic, structural and neuroendocrine (is this right?) however, if the fatigue is based on the signal being sent, you won't see a difference because the emg is doing it for you (unless the problem is at the muscular level and the motor units can't respond to the stimulus, correct?)...psychological, well that's a whole 'nother ball game that we don't want to get into;)...I'm excited to hear the results...I wish I had an EMG machine!
