Herb, tks for the reply. I thought about it before, but the problem with power is that it depends on a number of factors, including speed and weight. That means I'd have to calculate the slope of a given number of segments, and for each of these, determine the power output required for my body weight + bike weight, and the speed I want to achieve on that particular section. I actually found a Tacx power table that gives the power of a given slope setting for a given speed, but again, it doesn't solve my problem. I've sent a question to Tacx in NL, so they might get back to me one of these days (I hope). I'll post a reply on this board.

I thought the thread on calibration was quite intersting. I bought the Flow + iMagic upgrade (you basically get 2 trainers for less than the i-Magic's price), and it comes with a calibration function. As such, I run the calibration on the Flow, and transfer the results over to the i-Magic settings, and voila !
