Yes, this is the simplified testing that I selfishly call the "LaBossiere Fatigue Protocol", which I have used for many years, I guess I could call it the LFP test. the first part of the workout is always compared to previous norms (Heart rate/ lactate/ wattage/ glucose). If fatigue is present, we slow down or stop. No fatigue, then proceed with conservative increase, and check levels again durring workout.
