you also mention doing max strength and i wonder how i
can hold onto this strength year round. I can maintain
upper body strength throughout the summer easily but legs get too tired from all the riding to maintain, and as you said "use it or lose it",(and i lose it quick!) you mention swiss ball exercises, have you used
swiss ball/body weight exercises year round to successfully hold onto strength gained in the winter?thanxs
