I take it you are the same Juerk who uses the C.C open forum, You have alot of insight and knowledge, it is just a shame people on that site our to shallow minded to actually get into a meaningful discussuion, alot could be obtained but I find this site more helpful and will be here more so now.
I have a question, How accurate are the MAP (National Protocol Testing procedure) on a TACK BASIC????
I changed my scale to 118 like the earlier discussion stated and I did my test with very good results (got to 420WATT phase and went to 31mins:43secs, starting at 120WATTS with a max reading of 430WATTS) 75kg= 5.73 power-to-weight ratio. I was just wondering how close these machines come to say a Compu-trainer test??
P.S- on the C.C forum is states FACT is now offering free coaching, is this true?????
