Hello Juerg me again,

I was wondering does Steve Neal do the free coaching/research thing you do out of Hardwood Hills and do you know if he is looking for subjects???

I am looking for help but money is tight!.

I see you coached Olympic 5,000m Silver Medalist Markus Ryffel in Los Angelas in 1984. I did some distance running back in the 1990s up to 2000, was ok got down to 1:49 800m- to 1:06 in the half/Marathon, but at 6ft 1in 165LBS(75kg) the body had problems with mileage. That Said Aquita was something else, very tough, and fast!!! Why do current cycling coaches not impliment FARTLEK style riding into a cyclists winter training???
