I like the idea of progressively moving the A2 workouts closer together, this assumes of course, I will recover quicker after the second A2 workout than I did after the first.
Still have a little pull in my calf which reminds me that I am getting older and need the extra days to recover. Next A2 five days away...I will let you know how it goes.
