You are truely in your glory Juerg. Many minds discussing a never ending array of very interesting training ideas. The only thing missing Juerg is to be riding our bikes from Quesnel to Barkerville and back with not enough food...as Therese won't be able to pick us up....can you say BONKED...but that is another story...
