Thanks on Frnak and Cris,
Like usual it is a pleasure to read your comments
To Franks respond with PC and basketball. I tend to lean in the same directions.
I try to do a lot of " starnge " coordination on the bike. A ) I like fun in ant movement
B) I think it may develop a further improvement of motoric skills and intermuscular coordination.
It may also help to prevent injuries , in crashes , they way you may land , the way you roll or save yourself.
Thats way we do a lot of overall coordination strength on core strength on swiss ball .
I think that extreme specialisation in any sport may be a way in a young athlete to be junior champion , but may backfire because o0f lack of any athletic base in this development.
That's way I like the PC so much it opens a whole lot of fun exercises .
To franks respond , you may have perhaps misunderstood the basket pedla. This are normal pedal my son has with a strep over top , so he still can pull up the pedals like with clip ons but he can use his normal shoes, resp. he can challange his friends in scholl , because they can use their normal shoes as well.
Thanks again and I hope you take the time to show in here once in a while.
In 1 month a go for 3 month to europe in our regular training camp. We have over 2000 people in our camp and I will again do a lot of simple field resaerch there, and if you do not mind , I will once in a while come back here to get your input on some strange question and problems I always get if I try to find a solution. Any time I think I have a solution I end up with 10 more questions, But it is actually fun
Cheers Juerg.
