Here's a question on protocol on the best way to obtain accurate lactate readings:
How long (after you stop exercising) does it take for your lactate to begin going down? I try to get a reading within 30 seconds but what changes would I see if it took me one minute to get a reading? Or two?
Obviously, the sooner the better but do you have any information on a delay of 30 seconds to a minute?
